===Parella Tribe===
These are octorock-squid like creatures new to Skyward Sword. They are believed to be allies towards Link and reside in lake Floria. They have yellow creamish coloring with blue splotches over their bodies and have tentacle appendeges. A special Parella, with red splotches and a bigger (head part?), guides link further into the lakes cave-like area. This special parella might be the leader of the other parella but this is not confirmed. their part in Link's quest is unknown at this point.
===Kikwi Tribe===
===Kikwi Tribe===
These are very diverse creatures new to Skyward Sword that live in the forest region. They appear to be friendly toward Link, but what purpose they serve is unknown. One disguises itself as a bush until Link approaches, and then it retracts the leaves into its tail and faces him much like a Business Scrub from Ocarina of Time. Another lacks this tail, but still lies face-down on the ground when it isn't talking to Link. An older-looking one also appears, who seems to be more active. The actual name of these creatures is unknown, but they vaguely resemble Tanooki from Japanese culture, or even penguins or squirrels.
