The Spring of Wisdom is a shrine quest that Link can get by speaking with Medda at Hateno Village. Link will then need to visit the Spring where he will find the dragon Naydra. After shooting the Malice Eyeball, Naydra will be free. Link will need to follow Naydra around, removing the three other Malice Eyeballs to completely free him and restore him back to its normal forma. Then Link can shoot Naydra with an Arrow to get Naydra's Scale, which can be used as an offering at the Spring. This will complete the quest, revealing the Jitan Sa'mi Shrine.
