Crazy Tracy is a character from Link's Awakening. She lives in a house in the Koholint Prairie, just outside of the Mysterious Woods. Two rats also live with her.
She sells Link the Secret Medicine for either 28 rupees or 42. It will heal Link automatically when he dies. She also restores all of his hearts for him.
