The Hibiscus Potion is an item in Cadence of Hyrule. It is only available in story mode.
The Hibiscus Potion is found in Kakariko Crypt, dropped by the shadow version of whichever character Cadence does not wake. It can be used to wake either Link or Zelda, adding him or her to the list of playable characters.
In Symphony of the Mask mode, Kakariko Crypt instead rewards Skull Kid with the Darknut Mask. In the other modes, the potion is replaced by 3 Diamonds.
