Moggs is a male Hylain that can be found walking around Tarry Town. When spoken too for the first time, he will say that It's gotten warm, hasn't it? When asked Where's your family? He will say "My wife and I had a son who set out into the world to find his own way. The house feels a little empty without him around, but at least it's helped me and my wife get closer together." Then the screen will change and show the house to the right of the inn and he will say "I Haven't heard the people across from us argue in quite some time... I believe that every time they tackle an obstacle together, their relationship grows stronger." He will also say when Asked about Your wife? He will say that She's a really gifted chef and that Her mushroom skewer is out of this world! When asked about Your Pets? He will that hes talking about the animals that live behind the house he and his wife lives in. He will also say that He and his wife are both animal lovers. He is married to [[Monari]] who can also be seen walking around Tarry Town.
