The Spark is an enemy in many of the games in the series, mostly the handheld games. First appearing in A Link to the Past, starting in the Tower of Hera, the enemy was invincible and could only be avoided. It can be defeated in Link's Awakening, Oracle of Seasons, and Oracle of Ages by means of either Magic Powder or the Boomerang. Defeating them will turn them into Fairies that replenish Link's health. They can also be defeated with a Boomerang in The Minish Cap.
