The Guardian Spear is a type of spear found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base power of 10, and can be found inside of Shrine of Trials, typically wielded by Guardian Scout IIs. When Link is carrying this weapon, only the handle shows; the blue parts only show up once it is held in the hand.
