The Fortress of Winds was the past home of the Wind Tribe before they went to the Palace of Winds. It is the third dungeon in The Minish Cap. It houses the dungeon boss, Mazaal.

Findings
Other than the Mole Mitts and the Ocarina of Wind, Link can find a Heart Piece:
Falling through two holes to get to the first floor and heading right through the small hole.

Mazaal is the boss of the Fortress of Winds. Built by the Wind Tribe, it needs to be stunned while Link is in normal size, and hurt while Minish-sized.
