The Myahm Agana Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Myahm Agana Apparatus
There's no real puzzle here. Access the control panel up the stairs, and it will be pretty clear what to do, which is to use motion control to get the ball into the socket on the left hand side. After navigating the maze, give the ball momentum and then flip up the platform so it will catapult to its destination.
Best option is to rotate the platform 180 degrees, still facing-up, and catch a new ball right at the end of the maze.
Another option is to flip the entire platform over. This removes the walls, which is both a blessing and a curse. It prevents having to deal with the maze, but it makes it harder to aim at the platform correctly as there are no walls to guide with.
Either way, once the ball is where it belongs, turn the platform so the part sticking out is close enough to glide to, and navigate it yourself to open the chest.
Once the ball is in the socket, this shrine is over, head to the altar for the Spirit Orb.
