Toh Yahsa Shrine, also called 'Buried Secrets, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild. Entering the Thundra Plateau area automatically triggers the Trial of Thunder shrine quest.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: Trial of Thunder
Enter the area to start the Shrine Quest.
The objective here is to get the colored orbs to their corresponding slots on the plateau.
The purple orb is already on the plateau next to its corresponding slot.
The green orb is on a tall statue next to its slot. You can use Stasis and a couple arrows to knock it down, or find a way up to it.
For the red and orange orbs, you'll need to use Stasis to build up enough energy to knock them to the plateau where the slots await.
Once all four orbs are in the correct positions, the shrine will appear and complete the quest.
Buried Secrets
Step one is to blow up all of the destroyable blocks in the entire Shrine.
Once they're all cleared away, open the chest below the entrance for the Rubber Armor.
There's another chest on the very tall pillar to your right as you enter the shrine. Use Magnesis on the metal block, and bump the chest off the pillar so you can open it.
Next, position the metal block so you can cross the gap and climb the first ladder.
Once you've climbed the ladder, use Magnesis again to position the block on the switch, opening the gate to the altar. Head there for your Spirit Orb.
Upon completion of the shrine, the perpetual thunderstorm will disappear from the plateau.
