The Gerudo Canyon Stable is a location from Breath of the Wild. It is one of fifteen Stables that are located across Hyrule. It is the only stable within the Gerudo region and can be found at the end of the Gerudo Canyon Pass just before entering the Gerudo Desert by way of the Gerudo Desert Gateway. It is tucked into an inlet in the cliff-face just off the road and surrounded by stone pillars. It is staffed by Piaffe.
Vendors Beedle and Maypin wander the area around the Gerudo Canyon Stable, both selling ingredients for heat and cold resistant elixirs; Beedle also sells arrows. Pirou, a local resident of the Gerudo Canyon Stable, will buy 55 Rushrooms from Link at twice market value once the Rushroom Rush! side quest has been completed.
Local resources include Spicy Peppers, Rushrooms, and the occasional piece of Flint. Ore deposits can be found in the surrounding cliffs. Link can also find an Iron Sledgehammer and a Torch available at the Gerudo Canyon Stable. There is also a cook pot for cooking.

Treasures of the Falling Star!
The stars spread out in the sky like a tapestry, and across that expanse, you see one streak of light—a shooting star! And I've heard that there is treasure waiting where these stars have landed. The next time you see one, why not track it down to see where it lands?

Climb the tallest rock pillar in front of the stable and pick up the rock.
The seed platform to activate the ring timer can be found at the top of the cliffs heading directly northeast from the stable (away from the Gerudo Desert). It is roughly halfway between the two nearest rock bridges that cross the road on the cliff tops to the south (opposite from the stable side of the pass). The seed platform is very high and across the chasm from where the seed itself is, so saving before you attempt is recommended so that you can just load your save instead of climbing up again.
