Numar is one of the first villagers you see as you enter the village, he is usually found outside his house when it's raining, when it's not he can be found patrolling the beach and he will tell Link about the Lovers Pond. He is the son of the village chief Rozel. He will ask you for 100 rupees to play the chest game in Cloyne's casino[1], if he wins he'll give you 1000 rupees back. [2]
