Cloyne is one of the villagers of Lurelin Village, most notable for looking suave and running the town casino, where you can pay rupees to play a chest opening game, with a 1/3 odds chance to win.[1]
[2]Also notable is the gambling house turning one of the villagers into a gambling addict, he even asks you for money to gamble with when you speak with him for the first time. [3]
