With the Pendant of Courage, Link can head down to Sahasrahla's house in the Eastern Palace Grounds. As a reward for acquiring the pendant, Sahasrahla gives Link the [[Pegasus Boots]].

Link receives it from [[Zelda (A Link Between Worlds)|Princess Zelda]] very early in the game, although it is initially only called a "charm". Only after [[Hyrule Castle]] is sealed off, and [[Sahasrahla (A Link Between Worlds)|Sahasrahla]] panics that the Pendant of Courage is sealed inside, does he realise that the "charm" Link is wearing is the Pendant of Courage itself.
