Yusuke Akifusa is a designer who has worked for Nintendo since the early 2000's. He worked on The Wind Waker, where he is credited with Effect Design. He would work on a number of some of the smaller Zelda titles, including The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, Four Swords Adventures, and Navi Trackers.
