Magic Beans at the Palace is a Hint Movie from Majora's Mask 3D.
Overview
Magic Beans at the Palace is hint 3 of 6, as part of "Swamp" group of movie hints. It first becomes available after Link arrives at the Deku Palace and enters the Deku King's Chamber. If Link takes the Deku Mask off, he will be caught and thrown out of the palace. The video will then become available.
The video shows Link sneaking through the Deku Palace on the east side of the map. Deku Link will need to sneak by the Deku Scrubs and eventually find a hole to drop in. This leads down to an area with the Bean Seller where Link can purchase Magic Beans. While the video gives this hint, there is a far easier way to reach this area. From just outside the Deku Palace, Deku Link can simply jump across the swamp to the east. In the grassy area here, there is a hole that he can drop down, leading into the cave with the Bean Salesman.
Solution
- Enter the Deku Palace and take the path that heads to the east
- Avoid the Deku Scrubs and navigate to the next room
- Continue to the end of the area and fall down the hole
- Speak with the Bean Seller and get one Magic Bean for free
