Overview
The theme plays when Link enters Mayor Dotour's office between the hours of 10am and 8pm on either of the first two days. Here there is an argument going on about what to do, with the theme playing in the background.
The song appears as Track 10 of CD 1 of the Majora's Mask Original Soundtrack, with a duration of 1:36; and as Track 04 of CD 1: "Chamber of Voices" on the European soundtrack release, with a duration of 1:38.
