Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description

Bright Cheesy Baked Fish is a piece of food found in Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Bright Cheesy Baked Fish grants increased attack in cold environments, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot with an Glowing Cave Fish along with some Hateno Cheese. You may alternatively use a Brightcap with a fish with no net effect. Using ingredients with conflicting effects will cancel out and produce regular Cheesy Baked Fish.
