The Complimentary Card is an item from Phantom Hourglass. It is given to Link after he has reached Platinum member status in Beedle's Shop Ship. It arrives in the mail once Link becomes a Platinum Member. To use it, Link will need to talk into the consoles microphone and give Beedle a compliment.
