A Towing Harness is an item found in Tears of the Kingdom

"A durable harness that comes as a set with a horse saddle. Attach a wagon or other objects to the harness for a horse to tow."
A Towing Harness is an item that Link can obtain from a Stable after obtaining at least three Pony Points. It is the first reward Link receives from the Pony Points Ledger.
The Towing Harness will allow Link to attach a wagon to a horse, allowing the wagon to be pulled. The item is required to complete the Serenade to a Great Fairy side adventure at the Woodland Stable. It is also required to do Blynne's Horse Race mini-game.
Some Bokoblins use horses equipped with towing harnesses and wagons. While Link can steal these horses, the towing harness is lost when he registers the horse at a stable, replaced with a standard Stable Saddle.
