The Forgotten Temple can be found at the far northeast end of the Tanagar Canyon. After completing the Impa and the Geoglyphs quest and beginning The Dragon's Tears quest, Cado and Impa will travel to the Forgotten Temple. Cado's Donkey can be found in the canyon, just outside the Forgotten Temple.
The large Goddess Hylia statue that once stood tall inside the temple has collapsed, opening up a map room of Hyrule. There is also a shrine here. This temple is also related to the Goddess Statue of Courage sidequest.
