The Bombers' Code is an event in Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask 3D
After acquiring the Bombers' Notebook fom the Happy Mask Salesman, The Bomber's Code is one of the completed events.
The Secret Code
After completing the quest, the notebook will show the secret code to enter the Bombers' Hideout. This code is unique to individual player's games.
