Deku Flower Power is an event in Majora's Mask.

While traveling through Clock Town, one of the Bombers may run into Link and tell him that there is a Deku Scrub Playground in the north part of town.[1]
Deku Scrub Playground
In North Clock Town, near the entrance to the Great Fairy, there is a Deku Flower. Deku Link can use this Deku Flower to launch himself up and over the gate in the corner. Here Link can fall down the hole to find the Deku Scrub Playground.
Day 1
On Day 1, Link can play at the Deku Scrub Playground for 10 Rupees. He will need to jump from Deku Flower to Deku Flower, collecting all of the rupees. If he can do so in less than 1-minute and 15-seconds he will be rewarded with a Fishing Hole Pass. The playground is open from 6:00am until 11:30pm.
