A Royal Rush is a Bombers' Notebook quest in Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask 3D
After completing the Woodfall Temple, Link will appear in a room with the Deku Princess.
Rescue the Deku Princess
When Link completes the Woodfall Temple, the Deku Princess will appear in a room. She mentions that the imprisoned Monkey was helping her and she asks Link to carry her back to the Deku King immediately, so she can assure the monkey is safe.
