Dexihands are enemies from Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask
These turquoise-colored hands stick out of the walls, grabbing Link and throwing him a short distance if he gets too close. Link often needs to use them to his advantage. They can be killed with pretty much anything. If it is underwater, Zora Link can just swim through them with his Electric Barrier (swimming + R).
