Gaining Entrance

After Zelda's escape from Ganon in the Suthorn Ruins, a small rift opens in Hyrule Castle which swallows the King, General Wright and Minister Lefte; who are immediately replaced by impostors borne from the rift, who frame Zelda for the creation of the rifts. After Zelda and Tri seal rifts elsewhere in Hyrule, rescuing the General and the Minister, General Wright charges off to confront the impostors, followed by a despairing Minister Lefte. When they and Zelda arrive at Hyrule Castle Town, they are stymied by soldiers who believe they're the impostors, when the rift in Hyrule Castle suddenly expands and swallows almost the entire castle and much of Hyrule Castle Town.

With the soldiers shocked into submission, Wright sends them to rescue the civilians they can, joined by Left and Wright himself. Zelda goes down to the bottom of the Well with Tri, where Tri can make an entrance through the rift to the Still World. Travelling through Stilled Hyrule Castle Town, they make their way to the castle.

Dungeon

The dungeon largely takes place in the stilled Hyrule Castle Underground. While Zelda's Room can be entered, Zelda's Bed is cut off by the edge of the rift. Zelda makes her way to the throne room, where the frozen king is, then uses bind to move the throne, revealing an entrance to the underground area.

Travelling back through the areas where she made her escape from prison, rift versions of soldiers can catch her and throw her into rooms where she must defeat a group of rift monsters to make a warp appear, allowing her to retry the room. After making her way through and collecting the Big Key, she ultimately finds the impostor King, Wright and Lefte behind the big door, who transform into smoke and become an echo of Ganon, who serves as the boss.

With Ganon defeated and Hyrule Castle & Hyrule Castle Town restored by Tri's friends, Zelda and Tri begin to return to the normal world... when a wall crumbles, and a massive purple cloud reaches out for them, only for Link to run in wielding a club, and stun it. He is quickly captured, held in a crystal similar to the one he saved Zelda from, just in time for the warp to complete and Zelda & Tri to find themselves back in the normal Hyrule Castle.
