Sikukuu Shrine, also known as Spinning Gears, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located southeast of Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.
Spinning Gears
- Walk forward and use Recall on the spinning gear above the door to direct the falling Orb towards the hole to open the door.
- In the next room, use Ultrahand on the handle attached to the two gears on the right to rotate the larger gear.
- First rotate the gears counter-clockwise a few rotations, then use Recall on the larger gear to make it spin clockwise.
- Slip in between the teeth of the gears to fall into a small room below to find a chest containing a Zonaite Longsword. Use Ascend to leave the small chamber.
- Use Ultrahand to rotate the gear handle clockwise, then use Recall on the larger gear and ride up on the teeth to reach the Altar and claim your Light of Blessing.

Outside the Shrine 
Use Recall on the large gear 
The small Orb will fall into the hole, opening the nearby door 
Use Ultrahand on the handle and rotate it counter-clockwise 
Then use Recall on the large gear. Run over and ride the gear down to the lower area 
Open the chest to get a Zonaite Longsword 
Use Ascend to get back up 
This time rotate the gears clockwise 
Use recall on the large gear and ride it up to reach the altar of the shrine
