The number seen on the Invoice is a ridiculous 76,480,000 Rupees. After taking the Invoice to said doctor, who is found in the [[Medical Clinic]], he refuses to pay, but allows Link to enter his office. There, Link is able to transform into [[Wolf Link]] and take the [[Medicine Scent|scent]] of some dropped medicine. He can then follow this scent to a certain location.
