'''Zauz''' is the expert blacksmith that uses the three [[Pure Metals]], [[Crimsonine]], [[Azurine]], and [[Aquanine]], to forge the [[Phantom Sword]] for [[Link]] after he collects them and brings them back to [[Zauz's Island]].{{Ref|PH|2761|Zauz}}{{Ref|PH|2762|Zauz}}{{Ref|PH|2763|Zauz}}  He completed the Phantom Sword after Link confronts [[Jolene]] one final time.  He also offers Link a tip in finding the two remaining [[Sea Chart]]s telling the hero to draw the [[Triforce]] on a door in the [[Temple of the Ocean King]] in order to progress forward.{{Ref|PH|2765|Zauz}}{{Ref|PH|2767|Zauz}}{{Ref|PH|2768|Zauz}} Zauz also bares a striking resemblance to [[Ganondorf]] from ''Ocarina of Time'' however no relation is ever indicated.
