Eyegore is a Cyclop that has been in both A Link To The Past and Majora's Mask. While he is only seen twice in Majora's Mask in the Stone Tower Temple, he is seen several times in A Link To The Past, in the light world temples. He will stand still as a statue until you come closer, than he awakes and walk twards you. In A Link To The Past he exsists in two variations, red and green. The green one can get killed by a sword, while the red only can be killed by arrows. In Majora's Mask you can only kill them with light arrows. He is also in The Minish Cap, but since i have not played that game, it is hard to know how he acts in that game. But in my opinion he is one of the greatest enemies in The Zelda Series, so bring him back some more. :-) | Eyegore is a Cyclop that has been in both A Link To The Past and Majora's Mask. == Big Octo (Ocarina of Time) ==
Big Octo is the mini boss in Jabu Jabus Belly. It is a larger version of the Octorok. Only about one hundred times bigger.
How it All Begins | |||
When you take Princess Ruto into a strange circular room with a round pedastel, she sees the Zoras Saphire on it. She quickly runs up and snatches it. When you take a few steps towards her to get it, the pedastel suddenly begins spinning and goes directly up. She screams, and askes what this thing could be. The pedastel goes back down with Big Octo on it. The battle begins.
Attacks | |||
There are two ways to lose health in the battle. The first one is the spikes on the pedastel. If you run into them than you lose a quarter of a heart. The other is the Big Octo itself. If it runs into you or you run into it than you lose just half a heart.
The Battle | |||
Big Octo runs (or slithers whatever an Octo does) around the pedastel. The pedastel also rotates the opposite direction than the Big Octo. In order to hurt the wierd shelled creature you must hit it with your new weapon, the boomarang, then hit it on its rear end. You must do this four times, with each time harder than the last. It can also dig underground and dig back up to get away from you when you are near its rear end on the third time.
The End | |||
In conclusion, the Big Octo battle is moderately difficult, but to some people it is immensly hard. To others its so easy that they can do it with their eyes closed. Anyways after you are done you don't get anything special. Since its only a mini boss there is no Heart Container. Hey at least now you can search and save Princess Ruto.Ocarina of Time |
