+After acquiring the [[Bombers' Notebook]] fom the [[Happy Mask Salesman]], the Business Scrub Scramble is one of the ongoing events that will immediately appear in the Bombers' Notebook. This is because in the first three day cycle, Link would ordinary collect a [[Moon's Tear]] and trade it for the [[Town Title Deed]]. This is required in order to use the [[Deku Flower]], and be able to reach the stairs that lead up to the [[Clock Tower]].
