Removed mention of a zonai rocket. Doesn't work (at least, when I tried it) and dunking the cork underwater is the easiest solution.

	Underneath the bridge, ~~use a Zonai Rocket on the cork or~~ push the loose end of the cork down into the water with Ultrahand and release it to pull the cork out.		Underneath the bridge, push the loose end of the cork down into the water with Ultrahand and release it to make it pop out and pull the other cork out, revealing the Korok.
