To get there, jump down into the [[Isle of Rabac Gallery]]. Grab a cart and place it on the tracks. Attach a [[fan]] to the back of the cart and climb in. Hit it to start the fan. Along the track, you will need to be prepared to shoot a target to change the track direction so the cart goes to the left. Keep an eye out on the right side of the cart for the shrine, then jump and glide to the ledge with it when you see it..
