They will hop around and when Link is nearby, will attempt to jump and land on top of him. The Blue variants in ''The Minish Cap'' are a bit stronger than their Red counterparts. While the Red Tektite will jump once, before resting for short period, the blue Tektite will jump three consecutive times, before resting.
