I've been watching the marathon every year since 2013 and usually dipped from the community other times of the year. This has led to [[User:Josh|Josh]] reacting with shock, that I, in fact, exist outside of the Marathon. | |||
After ZD Marathon 2022, I decided to finally write an application and joined the staff on 2022-10-27. | |||

This started during ZD Marathon 2017, where I decided on a whim to run along, because I know the game very well. Without prior practice, I managed to beat Katie's 5:40:50 with a 5:27:18 (this was because I fell behind and decided to get the frog compass, which cuts ''so much'' time). I then started actually studying the route and doing some more runs. I have been running the game along with the marathon in every year since. My current official time is 3:57:55. | |||
