This mushroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but can be increased to ¾ of a heart if [[Link]] decides to cook it into a [[Toasty Ironshroom]] over an open flame. Ironshrooms can be used in a variety of [[Recipe]]s, and they have an extra cooking effect of increased defense. Ironshrooms can also be used to create [[Dye|Brown Dye]] at the [[Kochi Dye Shop]] in [[Hateno Village]].
