"Grants a low-level movement-speed boost. This simple dish is common all over Hyrule. Simply fry egg until it's nice and plump."
Hasty Omelet is a meal that can be cooked in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, a variant of the basic omelet with a "Hasty" ingredient added.
Breath of the Wild
A Hasty Omelet can be made in a lit Cooking Pot by combining a Bird Egg with any combination of "Hasty" ingredients - Fleet-Lotus Seeds, Rushrooms, Swift Carrots, and Swift Violets. Fleet-Lotus Seeds and Swift Violets have a stronger effect, with two "effect points" per item, vs. one point for Rushrooms and Swift Carrots. With four slots available for "Hasty" ingredients, and five points required for a "midlevel" (level 2) Speed Up boost, it is impossible to get a "midlevel" or higher Hasty Omelet using only Swift Carrots and/or Rushrooms as the Hasty ingredients under ordinary circumstances, only when getting a critical success randomly or from cooking under the Blood Moon, which randomly boosts level, duration or health recovery of a meal.
It is possible to make a "high-level" Hasty Omelet using a Bird Egg, a combination of three Fleet-Lotus Seeds and/or Swift Violets, and one other "Hasty" item of any sort (including seeds or violets) for seven or more "effect points" without relying on a critical success.
As with any meal with an effect, using a clashing effect will cancel out, leaving a basic omelet or other dish. There is no benefit to this.

Tears of the Kingdom
Hasty Omelets are made largely as in Breath of the Wild, with the same ingredients and results.
A basic meal consisting of a Rushroom and a Bird Egg will restore three hearts and give Link a Speed Up for one minute and 30 seconds.
