Twilight Princess Goalie Helmet

As many times as I say it, this is one truth that never changes. There are people out there with awesome ideas. Honestly, the more Zelda fan material I see floating around, the more it inspires me to do something creative with my not-so-interesting life. One of these days, I’m sure it will happen. Eventually, anyways. In the meantime, viewing the property of other people can keep me entertained. OutcastFalcon over on Reddit has an awesome customized hockey helmet that he was inclined to share with the Zelda-loving portion of the world. It’s based on Twilight Princess, and it is by far the coolest headgear I have ever seen. If you’re interested in seeing pictures of the goalie’s helmet, take a look at the pictures after the jump.

What do you think? This helmet actually left me thinking, “Like a boss.” It can’t be put into any better term. There’s no way I wouldn’t support someone with such awesome headgear. The Hylian crest and the quote on the back of it are the best parts, in my opinion. The crest is as cool looking as always, and the quote on the back seems like it is meaningful to the owner of the helmet. The design was sketched out by OutcastFalcon himself and was painted by Sylvie Marsolais, whose website you can find here. He plays for the Tulsa, Oklahoma Oilers in the CHL, and I wish the best of luck to him and his amazing helmet.
