Tri Force Heroes Sells Through Fifty-Five Percent Of Its Initial Shipment In Japan
Posted on November 03 2015 by Kira Koneko
Tri Force Heroes has been out in Japan for a little over a week now and Media Create reported that it had sold a total of 54,400 copies in its first week in Japan. However it looks like Dengeki tracks that number at closer to 60,000 which would put them at having sold through fifty-five percent of their initial shipment of the game in its first week. These sound like pretty soft numbers for game sales at launch but that is fairly respectable for a Zelda title in Japan. According to Media Create this is directly related to a stronger focus on multiplayer titles that have been given a marketing spotlight in Japan. What do you think? Do you think this is a respectable amount of unit sold in Japan for the latest Zelda title? Drop a thought in the comments below.
