Toon Link Will Be A Playable Character In Hyrule Warriors Legends

During this past E3 we learned that Koei Tecmo was working on a 3DS version of Hyrule Warriors dubbed, Hyrule Warriors Legends. This new version of the Wii U game was said to have additional content such as playable characters and more story from The Wind Waker. With the announcement that the new title would be playable at the Tokyo Game Show happening on Sept. 17 – 20 it was only a matter of time before we saw some new information coming out. This week’s issue of Famitsu has now confirmed that Toon Link will be playable in Hyrule Warriors Legends. He won’t be available in Legend Mode, however you will be able to play him in any other mode. Toon Link will also be able to be transferred over to the Wii U version of the game. Famitsu has also reconfirmed that Tetra and the King of Hyrule will be available also, and it would appear that Helmaroc King will be there as well.
