Check Out This Incredible 3D-Printed Zonai Hoverbike

Like Link himself in Tears of the Kingdom, people all over the world are designing Zonai devices of their own, albeit without the help of the Ultrahand ability. This 3D-printed Zonai Hover Bike is just one of many amazing creations. Built by 3D printer artist qshyj, this model looks exactly like the versatile Zonai creation from the game. Made with two Zonai fans and a Zonai steering stick, the vehicle hovers through the sky, allowing Link to soar high… even if descending is a bit of a challenge.
The builder starts with a schematic model on a computer for the 3D printer. Once the individual pieces are printed and separated, she moves on to painting each part using both an airbrush and good old fashioned paint brushes. The attention to detail on the paint job is extremely meticulous and really brings the parts to life. After painting, she assembles the pieces of the hover bike, and even sticks the three separate Zonai devices together using green putty just like in the game. The bike is also customizable, just like you’re Link trying out the best combinations.
The artist has several different builds on her YouTube page but the Hover Bike is the only Legend of Zelda model. If you have access to a 3D printer and have the motivation, maybe fire it up and give this model a try. Qshyj explains where to find the schematic and which printer she uses for her builds, and the rest is up to you!
Who is going to attempt this build? What other 3D-printed models could be built from Tears of the Kingdom? Let us know in the comments!
