The Zelda Dungeon YouTube Crew Shares Their Hopes and Dreams for Tears of the Kingdom
Posted on May 11 2023 by Emi Curtis
It’s the dawn of the final day. But there’s no moon falling from the sky in 24 hours. Just Tears of the Kingdom. And not from the sky, unless you chose to get your game delivered by drone or something. The point is: there is not much time left at all to speculate on what exactly the coveted sequel to Breath of the Wild will hold in store. With one last hurrah left, the Zelda Dungeon YouTube crew decided to follow up the writing team and discuss their last hopes and dreams for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
For a whole 40 minutes, our own Gooey and McKenna, joined by Andy Spiteri and Adrielle Munger of The Zelda Cast, share all their wildest dreams for the Zelda sequel. Their ideas range from things as simple as a return to traditional thematic dungeons of the series’ past (an inclusion that was actually confirmed shortly after the video was posted) to being able to create decoy dummies with the “Fuse” system. There’s even a surprise segment of Nico’s Nook with a bit of a twist in store.
You can view the video up above or on the Zelda Dungeon YouTube channel here. Be sure to also check out the writing team’s own hopes and dreams over here!
What are your thoughts? Are the crew’s ideas something you hope for too or are they just hare-brained? To what lengths will Corey go for Big Daddy Ganondorf? Let us know in the comments below!
