For those of our fans in the UK who have been holding off on buying that shiny new Wii U Deluxe or 3DS XL, now might be the time to finally give in. The Official Nintendo UK store has thrown a piece of Zelda merchandise into the mix, and it’s not too shabby. Head past the jump for details. 

Sadly, the Wind Waker HD Wii U bundle that was recently announced will not be going to Australia. Nintendo Australia confirmed that it does “not have plans to release [the bundle] in Australia and New Zealand at this stage.”

Even more depressingly, it’s been confirmed that the Wii U price cut will not be happening in Australia anytime this year, even with its announcement for North America. Despite the outback’s recent string of bad luck, the game will still be arriving on the 4th of October. If you live somewhere that is receiving the bundle, it’ll be out September 20th (ahead of the standalone game’s release), and will have a custom Zelda GamePad, a virtual copy of the game to be redeemed, and a digital version of the Hyrule Historia.

Nintendo’s been dropping all kinds of news on the world lately, and especially some really interesting news for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD. With a Wii U deluxe bundle and a limited edition figurine bundle, there’s a lot to look forward to. Nintendo definitely plans on selling a ton of Wind Waker HD copies, and one just can’t help but curse themselves for already buying a Wii U. There are some who have yet to buy a console, though, and this might be their golden chance!
