A little over a week after the Smash Bros. eShop sales, it has become clear why Link and his games were conspicuously absent from the festivities. Nintendo of Europe is going big on the way to its release of Hyrule Warriors, putting every Zelda game on the eShop on sale for the next couple of weeks. As if this weren’t enough, those who do purchase one of the titles during this period of time will be able to buy the upcoming crossover title for 10% off—or even the incredible A Link Between Worlds for…

Nintendo Italy has announced that Europe will be getting a special version of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS in the form of a “Double-Pack”. The package will come with two copies of the game at a discounted price, according to their official Twitter. There has been no confirmation on whether this bundle will be released worldwide or how much the bundle will cost.

If you are in Europe and you are looking at buying multiple copies of the game, this will definitely be something to keep your eye on. For the rest of us…

Adding to the excitement of the beautiful piece of neck wear coming their way, a new trailer showcasing the various DLC costumes for the three wielders of the Triforce has come out for Europe. While it’s clearly intended to give viewers their first look at Ganondorf in his new Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess costumes, it also provides another look at the three costumes variations for Link and Zelda. Additionally, for those who didn’t yet hear the news, the trailer confirms the method and specifics of…

After months upon months of waiting, the question all of you had above all others regarding Hyrule Warriors, “is anyone outside of Japan getting that sweet scarf?”, has finally been answered: yes. While the Hyrule Warriors Direct revealed a boatload of information, there were minute differences between the ones shown to different regions. For example, the one for Japan featured a badge referencing the Fierce Deity’s mask, whereas the North American direct did not. Europe, however, was the big winner out of the three, as its particular direct informed viewers…

With just over two weeks until the Japanese release, rumors are adding to the deluge of information we’ve been getting about the upcoming game. While we were safely assuming that Hyrule Warriors would carry the common $60 Wii U game price tag, some recent listings by European retailers suggest the game’s suggested retail price may be somewhat lower. Head inside for the details!

The final boxart for Hyrule Warriors has been revealed, this time for Europe. There is nothing too surprising, but it is interesting to see the small differences between each version of the title block. Check out the artwork after the jump!

With Hyrule Warriors out of development, the final touches are being put on the game before hitting the stores. Last year, Nintendo released a quirky mix of NES games with unusual challenges called NES Remix, followed merely five months later by a sequel. The original game takes bits and pieces from the best of Nintendo’s early releases, from The Legend of Zelda to Super Mario Bros. to Donkey Kong, and mashes together to create a unique and challenging, albeit odd, entry for the virtual console. For those in Europe who have yet to download this quirky title, Nintendo has just sweetened the deal. Head inside.

Nintendo recently released the popular title, A Link to the Past, for the Wii U Virtual Console in the European region, so the YouTube channel NiNTENDOMiNATi0N uploaded a video of the first 25 minutes of the game. Most of us will be familiar with A Link to the Past already, but it’s cool to see the Wii U menu for those of us who don’t have a Wii U yet. Plus the game is in German, which will certainly be different for most of us. Hit the jump…

Nintendo’s Virtual Console service has been lacking on the Wii U. They usually only release one game a week, and many times those games are forgettable experiences. If you’re a European user, however, this week’s offerings might get you excited.

While I personally expected this to hit the eShop two weeks ago, when A Link Between Worlds came out, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is finally becoming available to European Wii U owners. The game will be released on December 12 for £5.49, or £1.49 if you bought it back on the Wii’s Virtual Console.

There’s no listing for an American release just yet, but Nintendo has done well about releasing eShop games simultaneously in every region, so it’s a safe bet that this core title will be available on our shores this Thursday as well.
