Support the 2024 Zelda Dungeon Marathon in Aid of No Kid Hungry

The 2024 Zelda Dungeon Marathon is almost upon us, and things are getting exciting! The week-long event kicks off Saturday, June 15th at 11 AM Central Daylight Time, and you can tune in for competitive races, fun gimmick events, trivia, puzzles, and all kinds of on-screen fun. In anticipation of the Marathon, we’ve put together a short video inviting viewers at home to tune in and help us break our own fundraising records.

The Marathon takes place in aid of No Kid Hungry, a charity the site has supported before. In 2023, the Zelda Dungeon team raised a whopping $20,848.16 USD for their worthy cause. No Kid Hungry aims to end childhood hunger in the United States and around the world by ensuring that every kid gets three healthy meals a day, every day of the year. One in eight kids face hunger this year, and you can help provide 10 meals for a child in need for just $1 USD. To learn more about what they do and how to donate throughout the year, click here.

Zelda Dungeon would like to offer a huge thanks to Aaron Grubb, the talented composer behind the music of our 2024 Marathon video. The Washington-based creator composed a special version of The Wind Waker‘s “Outset Island” just for this occasion, and it truly is a stunning piece. Grubb’s love for the Zelda series doesn’t stop here, so be sure to check out his latest album which features songs from some of your favorite Zelda games.
