It looks like the hype for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS in Japan was too much for Destiny to handle, because the first portable entry in the series got the first place in the sales chart, leaving the PS3 and PS4 editions of Destiny in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. It seems that Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is turning into a successful game. After selling more than 1 million copies in Japan 2 days after its launch, we’ll probably see a similar effect in other regions when it launches at October 3rd.
