Skyward Sword Makes Famitsu’s Most Wanted List

Weekly Famitsu, a Japanese gaming magazine, releases a list of the top 25 most wanted games of the readers on a semi-regular basis and they recently have a new list out. Not surprisingly, Skyward Sword not only made it onto the list but landed one of the upper ranks coming in at #7! You can take a look at the list and see what you think about it.

Personally, I think it should have been higher. I know that nobody has played it yet since it hasn’t been released yet but, from what I have seen and heard about it, it sounds spectacular. I expect nothing less from the Zelda game line. One of the things I am particularly excited about that I heard about the game is catching the insects and using them for potions. I would never drink a potion made with a bug but I’ll make Link drink some! That is only one of the many parts of the game I look forward to though. Zelda being surpassed by Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest games just doesn’t make sense to me but I suppose everyone has their own taste in games. Having been a loyal Zelda lover for most all of my life I couldn’t ever imagine putting any game above it. What game are you loyal to? Would you put any game above Zelda?
