Skyward Sword Logo Artwork

The Skyward Sword logo you see to the left recently popped up on Nintendo of America’s Press Release website. You can click the image to view a larger version of the logo. It really is identical to the regular logo that we’ve already seen with the main exception being that it is now on the blueish colored background. The image has a large picture of the triforce just above the main emblem. In general, the image looks very similar to that of the Twilight Princess emblem that we’ve seen before.

The inclusion of the triforce of the logo seems to say that it will play a prime role. However, as has been confirmed already, Ganon will not be making an appearance in Skyward Sword. The developers have commented that the triforce will appear, but it will be taking on a different role this time around. The logo has evolved a bit overtime, as it now has vines crawling along portions of the symbol, which differs from when it was first revealed back in June of 2010.
