R.O.B., GameCube, and Wii Remote Among Easter Eggs in Majora’s Mask 3D

The Zelda series has always been famous for its Easter Eggs, and the recently released Majora’s Mask 3D is definitely no exception. The guys over at GameXplain have been posting a series of videos of all the Easter Eggs they’ve managed to find in the game so far, and the amount of stuff they’ve discovered is insane.
R.O.B. the Robot (most famous as a character in the Smash Bros. games), a Wii Remote, and a massive GameCube console have all been found hidden inside the game, along with smaller artifacts like a stuffed animal of Ganondorf’s horse from Ocarina of Time, and the Ultra Hand and Love Tester, two old toys sold by Nintendo in the 50’s and 60’s.
In case you don’t know, an “Easter Egg” is a small joke put in by a game’s developers, meant to stay hidden inside the game until players notice its existence. They can be anything, such as throwbacks to other games, random occurrences triggered by a player’s actions (like the attack of the Cuccos in a lot of Zelda games), or even small elements hidden in the background that wouldn’t usually be there.
You can check out a ton of videos showing off the different Easter Eggs in Majora’s Mask 3D above! More are sure to be discovered soon, so we’ll be sure to keep you updated in the future.
What do you guys think? Do you like Easter Eggs in games? Had you noticed any of these in Majora’s Mask 3D, or have you found anything that we didn’t cover here? Let us know in the comments!
