Poster and T-Shirt Inspired by The Wind Waker From Zac Gorman

The holiday season is coming up fast, and many of us are thinking about what to get each other for Christmas, Hanukkah, or the 10th anniversary of The Wind Waker’s Japanese release (December 13, 2002). And if you’ll be celebrating The Wind Waker’s birthday, what better than to celebrate with a new t-shirt and poster combo? Zac Gorman recently created the two items, and the artwork is both unique and creative, definitely worth a look.
Hit the jump for more!
The first item, The Hero of the Wind Poster features a determined-looking Link, a fierce Ganondorf, and a rather oblivious stare adorned by Tetra. It also features the King of Red Lions, Tetra’s ship, and of course the compass rose, and item which no seafaring individual would be caught without. The thing that I find most intriguing in this poster is the color palette, which is both stunning and unassuming at the same time.
Second up is the Hero’s Voyage t-shirt, colored in the standard sea-green and sea-blue colors. Centered around the Triforce, the entire image crafted in a similar art style to The Wind Waker’s, I would say this would make for a great t-shirt. Towards the bottom there is also a scroll with modern Hylian script neatly scribbled on, but I’ll leave you to figure out what it says!
If you’re looking to buy the set, the poster and t-shirt will run you $25 and $22, respectively, but if you buy them in the Seafarer Combo, you can get the Golden Fate Pin Set thrown in for free! Currently, you can only pre-order the poster and shirt, but worry not, they should be ready for shipping within the next week or two.
What did you all think? Will you be getting this for someone or even yourself? Tell us in the comments!
